Cancellation Policy

It is a requirement that you provide me with a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation or change of appointment.
  • Any cancellations or postponements that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost you.
  • The first time a cancellation is made within the 24hr period prior to the time of the booked appointment, you will be given the opportunity to re-book with no financial penalty applied.
  • Any subsequent cancellations or postponements or missed appointments that occur within the 24 hour period will result in a cancelled booking fee being applied which will be 50% of the value of the consultation fee for that booking.
I provide reminder emails the day before your appointment as a courtesy, however, you are responsible for remembering scheduled appointments. Stating that you did not receive a reminder email does not make your missed or cancelled appointment an exception.

 

I understand that there are times when you are unable to make your appointment, so please:
  • Call or email the clinic at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel. If it’s a weekend or public holiday, just leave a message.
  • Sometimes emergencies happen. Please let me know as soon as you can.
