It’s in a PDF format and has a list of all the meals and snacks for each day with pictures, nutritional information, the grocery list and each recipe on an individual page.
What if I’m super busy?
Meal prep, crock pot meals, and one-pan meals to the rescue! If you prefer to meal prep on Sunday, want leftovers on certain days for lunch, or only want to spend 20 minutes cooking at the end of the day – I can work with that!
Are snacks and desserts included?
Yes, depending on your preferences and goals, snacks and some healthy treats can be included.
How long until I get the meal plan?
Allow 3 business days after you return your custom meal plan questionnaire.
What happens if I want a meal plan for my whole family?
The meal plan is made to fit your real life and work. So yes the meal plan can be totally customised. For example, maybe breakfasts and lunches for you and dinners for the whole family. You just need to let me know.
